How Does A Monthly Subscription Work?

We have three options to choose from:

  • Monthly Subscription Box - recurring bill to your credit/debit card until cancelled
  • 3 Month Subscription Box - pre paid for 3 candles
  • 6 Month Subscription Box - pre paid for 6 candles

If you're purchasing a subscription box as a Christmas or Birthday gift, we recommend the pre-paid options for 3 or 6 months, as this represents a long-lasting gift without the commitment to a monthly contract.

You can cancel your subscriptions at any time. Just get in touch if you change your mind or want to cancel any of our subscriptions. Recurring monthly subscriptions can be cancelled manually in your dashboard when you log-in, if you've purchased a pre-paid subscription, please contact us to cancel and we will refund any unused balance, subject to our terms and conditions.
