Returns Policy

30 DAY, NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

We have a standard 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

Any items you wish to return, must be in an unused condition and, where possible, must include their original packaging.

To request a return, please email hello@countryandcove.co.uk or call 01723 665 748 a member of our team will arrange for our courier to collect any unwanted items from the delivery address on the original order.

ITEMS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your item(s) arrived damaged and it appears that the courier has damaged the packaging or broken any part of your product(s), please contact us straight away.

Email hello@countryandcove.co.uk or telephone 01723 665 748 and a member of our team will be assigned to the issue. 

You may be asked to send photographic evidence of any damage. This is so we can forward the complaint to our courier. 

For items that arrived damaged and where photographic evidence has been provided, you will be given two options:

1) A replacement item can be sent to you - subject to stock availability. Please allow 5 to 10 working days for this to be processed.

2) A full refund - we will reimburse you for the full cost of the product plus the original postage charge, if applicable. 

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants) or custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note: We cannot accept any returns for subscription boxes. You can cancel your subscription at any time, however, we will not offer any form of refund or credit for subscription boxes that have already been shipped to your address. We can only cancel future boxes, where you will not be charged. We suggest any subscriptions are cancelled well before the 1st of each month, otherwise our system automatically charges your payment provider for the current months subscription box.
